This week we're showing you how to prepare Healthy Overnight Oats, a delicious Breakfast option that's rich in fibre and can be topped with fruit and nuts!

Healthy Overnight Oats (Serves 1):




  • 50g rolled porridge oats
  • 2 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 50g mixed berries
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Drizzle of honey 



Optional: You can add dried fruit, seeds and nuts, grated apple, or pear, or chopped tropical fruits.


  1. The night before serving, stir the cinnamon and 100ml water (or milk) into your oats with a pinch of salt.
  2. The next day, loosen with a little more water (or milk) if needed. Top with the yoghurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey and serve.
