To celebrate British Sandwich Week 16-22 May, we wanted to share our take on the classic tuna sandwich, one of the nation's favorites! 

Prep: 5 mins

Serves: 2


  • 1 Tuna can
  • 1tbsp mayonnaise
  • Snipped chives
  • Sriracha
  • Sprinkle of black pepper
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Avocado
  • Bread of your choice




  1. Mix the tuna with mayonnaise, chives, sriracha and pepper.
  2. Place your lettuce leaves on your bread
  3. Cut the avocado in slices and place them on top of lettuce.
  4. Add the tuna on top
  5. Close the sandwich and you're done!
