Re:Set - wellbeing workshops for those experiencing mild to moderate mental health symptoms that want to get life back on track.

6 weekly group workshops 

Belong - Group activity basecamp! A place to try out new things in a safe and friendly space, meet new people and be part of something. All based around the 5 steps to wellbeing
