Mental Health First Aid Training – 2 Day England Course
In a recent study by Mind, it was found that “In England, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week”. We know that this figure is increasing and the need for accessible mental health services, has never been greater. That is why we have adapted our first aid training to be able to deliver it via live virtual classroom.
How are the sessions delivered?
The training delivered either face to face over 2 full days or virtually split into 4 half days, making it easier to commit to alongside your other day to day tasks.
The training is a mix of videos, independent learning and group work.
Each participant will have their own workbook to work their way through for the duration of the course and a manual that you will be able to take away with you afterwards.
What will you gain from Mental Health First Aid Training?
This new & adapted course will give you the skills to recognise the signs and symptoms of mental ill health. You will learn all about early intervention and how this can prevent or stop a mental health problem and lead to faster recovery. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate of recognition from Mental Health First Aid England to state you are now a Mental Health First Aider.

This lentil pasta is delicious, nutritious and so simple to make – it’s also full of low cost ingredients, making it a budget friendly healthy family recipe. The rich tomato sauce tastes incredible with the kick of spice, whilst the celery and carrots add a sweet crunch. You can batch cook the sauce and add it to lasagne or pile it high on top of jacket potatoes.
