The 4 Steps

The 4 steps is a brand new workshop to help those who, have been stuck in the house for a while and might be a little nervous about venturing out of the house to go to social groups or to the shops.

We have set up a little support group/workshop of no more that 6 people that will be initially online via zoom just for 4 weeks 45 minutes per week.

The objective is to help you tackle a personal goal that will help you ease out of lockdown and back into society. The beauty of this project is that it's run at your pace, each goal will be specific to you and you actually set that goal. We help you explore the barriers to achieving it and give you tips and techniques to overcome those barriers. The group gives you support as you give others support too.

Don't worry you won't be alone during this journey because you will have an option for a virtual buddy too to walk with you. If you really want to challenge yourself then We are even setting up some live, in person, walks locally to give you the ultimate goal.

If your goal is simply to:

  • Open the front door and step outside
  • Attend a social group
  • Visit your local shop
  • Go for a lovely walk
Then The 4 Steps is for you.
