Want to lose weight but struggling to make the changes you need? Join our 5 week weight management program to kick start your long lasting lifestyle changes. Hosted by our qualified nutritionist you’ll learn the basics on food and nutrition, clear up any dietary confusion and more importantly gain a better understanding of your relationship with food to make the changes specific to you. Groups are kept small to allow a safe space for open and inclusive discussion.
